Guests at Railay Beach should meet at the boat ticket office at Ao Nam Mao Pier (15 minutes from Railay East), guests at Ton Sai should meet at the Phra Nang Inn reception in Ao Nang, and guests at Centara Grand Beach Resort are requested to use the hotel’s shuttle boat to Nopparat Thara Pier in Ao Nang. Please note that some areas may incur an additional transfer fee, which will be communicated to you upon booking. Your precise pickup time will be communicated to you via email depending on your hotel location in Krabi Town; therefore, we advise you to consult your inbox. Kindly meet your driver in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup. Arriving more than 10 minutes late or after our departure may result in a no-show designation.
