Pickup details

Our airport reception will be ready to welcome guests on the arrival floor at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled departure from the airport to the hotel. We kindly request customers to provide us with their flight details, including the date and time of arrival. Our airport reception will meet the customers on the arrivals floor (Level 2) at Gate 3, assist them to the private van, and promptly depart from the airport to the hotel.
