Your driver will be waiting for you right after you clear customs and cross the glass doors that exit the airport into the meeting area. He will be properly uniformed and have a sign with your name on it. As soon as your driver greets you, you will be taken to your van and then off to your hotel. Let us know if you want any stops on the way to the hotel to program it and make sure the van has enough time.

If you booked a departure pick up to the airport you will need to be picked up 5 hours prior to your flight minimum at the location of your choosing in Tulum Pueblo or Hotel Zone. Please contact the Paradise Transfers to get a GPS pin point for your departures.
