15-Days Leh Private Tour from Srinagar with Dinner

Day 1: Arrive Srinagar

   On arrival at the Srinagar airport and transfer to hotel. In evening Shikara ride in world famous Dal Lake. Later return hotel and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2: Srinagar - Pahalgam

1. Pahalgam
   Pass by
   After breakfast, depart for Pahalgam. (2440 Meters above Sea level). Drive through the green pine forest and along the Lidder River. On arrival at Pahalgam, check into your Hotel. Enjoy local sightseeing of Pahalgam. Overnight stay at Pahalgam.

Day 3: Pahalgam

   Places to visit or see in Pahalgam (Kashmir): After breakfast, proceed for a tour of Pahalgam attractions; an excursion to Chandanwadi/Chandanwari (a tranquil picnic spot), Betaab Valley (famous for many film shootings) & Aru (a resort village from where you can have a glimpse of Kolohoi Peak, 5370mts.). This excursion is subject to road, weather conditions and military permission. Overnight stay at hotel in Pahalgam

Day 4: Pahalgam - Gulmarg

   After breakfast check out from the hotel & drive to Gulmarg (2440 Meters above Sea level). It is one of the most beautiful hill stations and also called “Meadows of Flower”. It has world’s highest golf course and Gulmarg is also famous for winter sports like skiing. On arrival at Gulmarg, check into your Hotel. Afternoon enjoy guided sightseeing of Gulmarg also enjoy Gondola ride (Cable car, own cost) from Gulmarg to Khillanmarg. Overnight stay at Gulmarg

Day 5: Gulmarg

   After having your breakfast the rest day is free at leisure. Dinner & overnight stay at Hotel

Day 6: Gulmarg - Srinagar

   After breakfast check out from the hotel & drive to Srinagar. Arrive at Srinagar & check into your hotel / houseboat. Evening enjoy Shikara Ride which covers Charchinar, Floating Gardens, Canals etc. Dinner & Overnight Srinagar

Day 7: Srinagar - Sonamarg - Kargil

1. Kargil
   Pass by
   Leave early morning and drive through the thickly forested Sonamarg and onwards to cross Zoji la Pass (3529 meters / 11645 feet). Travel across Drass (supposedly the second coldest inhabited place in the world). Visit the Kargil War Memorial at Drass, situated on the banks of river Suru at a height of 9,000 feet, midway between Srinagar and Leh, reach Kargil by evening. Overnight at hotel in Kargil.

Day 8: Kargil - Leh

   After breakfast and proceed to Leh. As you arrive in Leh, we will arrange for a quick check-in to your room. It is advisable you use up this day to acclimatize to the low air pressure at higher altitudes (11,562 ft.) of Leh dinner at the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 9: Full Day Complete Rest

   After breakfast day leisure the day will be spent in complete rest to acclimatize you in this high altitude region. In the evening you will take a light stroll to the market. Dinner and overnight in hotel

Day 10: Leh - Local Sightseeing

1. Leh
   Pass by
   A Complete day of visit to the monasteries (104 Kms). After breakfast, drive to visit the Shey Palace, Thiksey, Hemis monasteries and Stok Palace Museum. Return to Leh in the evening. Overnight stay at Hotel

Day 11: Leh - Nubra Valley

   After breakfast drive to Nubra Valley via Khardongla pass (Highest Motorable road in the World, 18,380 ft.)We will stop at the pass to admire and click some photographs of the fantastic view, before driving down in the Nubra valley. Arrive at Deskit-the tiny capital of Nubra by afternoon. Rest of the day free to explore Deskit, Hunder Villages and Safari in Sand Dunes( at your own cost) between Deskit and Hunder Village. Dinner and overnight in hotel

Day 12: Nubra Valley - Leh

   Pass by
   After Breakfast drive back to Leh. Dinner and overnight in hotel.

Day 13: Leh - Pangong

1. Pangong Tso
   Pass by
   After breakfast leave for Pangong Lake 14,500 ft, through Changla Pass 17,350 ft. (third Highest Motor-able road in the world.) The drive takes about 3-4 hours to reach. The lake is situated on the borders of India and Tibet. The lake is around 120 kms long and 50 kms in width. Overnight in hotel

Day 14: Pangong - Leh

   Pass by
   After breakfast drive back to Leh, Dinner and overnight in hotel.

Day 15: Leh Airport Drop

1. Leh
   Pass by
   Early morning transfer to airport to catch your onward flight back home with sweet memories of Ladakh.
