Start your day in the National Park with a beginner-friendly kayak experience on the serene Caniçada Lake (approx. 1h30m).
Enjoy a morning of paddling with the magnificient landscapes as your background.
Take a pit stop on a small sandy beach to swim, relax and try a stand-up paddleboard.

Take in consideration that the land rover is a vintage car, built for the mountains but not for comfort- some parts of the ride can be uncomfortable.
If you have car sickness you should take medication before the tour or bring with you on the tour.
Some of the seats of the jeep are not faced forward, and for taller travelers you might have the feeling that you are cramped.
The kayak activity is apx. 1h30min.
We need to know in advance any food restriciton or mobility restriction.
The itinerary can be altered to make the best of the what the National Park has to offer.
