Winemaker’s Tour from Cellar to Soil: Immerse yourself in history, tradition and artisanal craftmanship as our winemaker takes you on a complete tour of the winery and nearby vineyards. Step back in time as you explore our traditional granite press, the clay amphorae where we ferment our wines, and our cultural museum featuring artifacts from Ikarian life and winemaking traditions.
Then, hike to our grandfather Nikos' vineyard to explore Ikarian biodiversity, learn about our soils, and how the ecosystem works in and out of the garden.
Taste Across Vintages: Engage your senses in an intimate tasting of five rare and notable cellar wines. Guided by the winemaker, uncover the story behind each vintage while exploring the aromas and profiles that make each wine unique.
