Pickup details

We pick you up from any hotel or apartment in central Athens, or at the Piraeus cruise port. After booking, please send your hotel name, or your ship's name and all-aboard time. We'll drop you back at the same place.

• Your driver is not a licensed tour guide. In Greece only licensed guides may guide inside archaeological sites and museums, so drivers wait outside.
• The 'Private Tour with Driver Only' price does not include a guide. The optional licensed guide costs 250 euros for 3 hours at the Acropolis and Acropolis Museum and is included only in the 'With Licensed Acropolis Guide' option, subject to availability.
• Licensed guides are optional, available on request for an additional fee and subject to availability. They are not included in the standard tour price.
• Flexible departure times: as this is a private tour, you can start between 08:00 and 14:00, subject to availability and archaeological site opening hours. Contact us if you prefer a different pickup time.
• Cruise or airport pickup (airport at extra cost): please send your ship name and arrival time, or your flight details.
• Please let us know about any health or mobility issues in advance.
• In case of a strike or site closure, we'll adjust the itinerary with your agreement.
• Vehicle: modern Mercedes-Benz sedan, minivan, minibus, or Škoda SUV. The vehicle type depends on the number of passengers and is subject to availability.
