Batu caves are one of the country’s biggest tourist attractions and are a place of pilgrimage for Hindus from around the world. Marvel at the colossal 140-feet gold-painted statue of Lord Murugan, made from reinforced concrete and take the challenge by walking 242 steps to the top and visit the Murugan Temple in the cave.
