Mesmerizing Vietnam Wellness Tour In 11 Days

Day 1: Welcome to Vietnam- Hanoi Arrival

   Upon arrival, our driver will be holding a sign with your name and welcome you at Noi Bai International airport transfer to Hanoi Old Quarter and drop you off at the hotel to check in. For the rest of the day, you can stroll around the Old Town to get used to the city or just relax to recover from the jet lag.

Day 2: Morning Yoga Class Hanoi Walking Tour and Relaxing Spa Treatment (B/L)

   Meet your guide at 8:00 a.m. and head to the studio for a yoga practice to energize the body and mind.
   After that, join a pleasant walk to see Hanoi city's highlights and cultural and historical sights.
   Walk around the bustling Old Quarter with its markets and street food stalls. Stop for a lunch break at the local restaurant and taste some of Hanoi's delicacies.
   At 3:00 p.m. we will take you to the sauna and massage center for an hour of relaxation and rejuvenation. Choose from a variety of massage options to release any tension in your body, and then relax in the sauna to detoxify and refresh your skin.
   
   5:00 p.m. - End of Tour.

Day 3: Hanoi - Halong Bay - shared cruise (B/L/D)

   In the morning, after breakfast at the hotel, the Cruise team will pick you up. Take the most scenic route to reach Halong Bay, taking you across the Red River Delta with emerald green rice paddies stretching for as far as the eyes can see.

   On arrival to Halong, you will enjoy a cruise on the Bay and explore the limestone rocks and the karst grottoes.
   
   After you are done with your exploration of the bay, it is time to enjoy an utterly delicious seafood lunch, after which there will be a trip to the famous limestone cave in Ha Long Bay, you'll get to spend some time here, kayaking or swimming so that you can get closer to the floating villages and shops. Towards the evening, you will return to the boat for an early dinner, followed by some time at leisure. You can optionally attend the activities taking part on the boat or just relax.

Day 4: Halong Bay - Back To Hanoi (B/L)

   Rise early for a Tai Chi lesson or just to enjoy a hearty breakfast. The boat will make its way back to the port stopping at the Limestone Cave, full of stalagmites and stalactites.

   From here, it's clear sailing back to the main harbor and transferred to your hotel in Hanoi.

Day 5: Hanoi - Travel To Hue - Hue Half-Day Sightseeing (B)

   After breakfast, our driver will pick you up at the hotel lobby and transfer you to the airport for a flight to Hue.
   Upon arrival in Hue, our guide and driver will meet you at the airport. Transfer directly to the hotel in Hue.
2. Thien Mu Pagoda

   In the afternoon, we will take a dragon boat to cruise on the Perfume River to visit Thien Mu Pagoda- The oldest pagoda in Hue City. The 30-minute boat cruise to the pagoda will be a great start for the journey. Fresh air from the Perfume River will make you very comfortable.
3. Hue Imperial City (The Citadel)

   Visit Hue Imperial Citadel – Imperial city, the home of Vietnam’s last royal dynasty – the Nguyen Dynasty.
4. Dong Ba Market

   After the Citadel, our car will take you to Dong Ba Market, the busiest Hue market with various foods and goods. Here you can see how the local people buy and sell things; this is also a chance for you to buy souvenirs for your friends and family.

Day 6: Hue Wellness And Relaxing Day (B)

   Breakfast is available at the property. Today is your free day at the resort. Practice yoga in the morning or take a bicycle trip around the surrounding area. Enjoy your free time by engaging in physical activities.

   Have a healthy breakfast then transfer to the airport to take a flight to Phu Quoc Island –the most wonderful island in Vietnam. Upon arrival, our driver will meet you and transfer you to your resort in Phu Quoc.

Day 9: Relaxing Day in Phu Quoc - Signature Spa Treatment (B)

   Spend a relaxing day enjoying swimming in the sea, relaxing at the beach, or exploring the resort's amenities.
   During the day you will be treated with the signature massage. Using slow deep strokes to target the inner layers of the muscles, helps relieve chronic muscle pain. Includes a bit of lower back stretching to alleviate muscle cramps, and increase flexibility, and acupressure to release blockages in the energy meridians.
   
   Overnight in Phu Quoc

Day 10: Relaxing Day in Phu Quoc - Full Body Massage (B)

   A full body massage with slow rhythmic long strokes, using palm and kneading. This massage is helpful in reducing pain and improves poor blood circulation.

Day 11: Phu Quoc Departure (B)

   Relish a healthy breakfast on the final day of your trip. Complete the hotel check-out formalities after which you can visit the local markets and buy souvenirs for your loved ones. Later, proceed for departure and board your flight back home. Trip Ends.
