At Lombok International Airport: Our driver will be waiting at the arrivals area, holding a sign with your name. Please provide your flight number when booking and activate your phone upon arrival for coordination.

At Gili Asahan or Gili Gede: Please be ready at the front of your accommodation or the designated meeting point. If your hotel is beachfront, the boat captain may be able to pick you up directly in front of your hotel, depending on sea conditions. Please inform us of your accommodation details when booking.
