From July 1, 2026, due to Hanoi's new traffic regulations, buses with more than 16 seats are not permitted to pick up in most areas of the Old Quarter between 6:00-9:00 AM, and drop off between 4:00-7:30 PM. Please make your way to the designated meeting point in Hanoi Old Quarter (walk 2-10 minutes). Your exact pick-up location and time will be confirmed within 24 hours after booking and reconfirmed 24 hours before departure via email or WhatsApp.
