Pickup details

We offer complimentary pickup from hotels and villas in Kuta, Seminyak, Canggu, Legian, Sanur, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, and Ubud. Please wait in your lobby 10 minutes before pickup; your driver will hold a sign with the lead traveler’s name. For guests selecting other pickup option, please wait at your chosen meeting point, preferably near the main entrance. Your driver will meet you there with a sign displaying the lead traveler’s name. If your location is outside the free pickup zone, we will contact you to arrange a meeting point or inform you of any additional fees.
