Only pick up guests who choose the package Deluxe Cabin/Premium Cabin/Terrace Suite With Transfer. Our transfer has a fixed location for pick-up in the Hanoi Old Quarter Area only. If your current hotel location is not in our pick-up area so here are my options:
1. Please choose a new hotel location in the Old Quarter Area
2. If not possible, please catch a taxi from your location to our pick-up point at Ha Noi Opera House at 8:30 AM
