What to expect

Day 1: Marrakesh > Tizi N'Tichka > Ait ben haddou > Ouarzazate > Dades Gorges
  1. Tizi n Tichka
    5m
A high mountain pass at an elevation of 2.260m (7,410ft) above the sea level, located in the High Atlas mountains,
At the summit you will enjoy stunning views of the surrounding landscapes. As the road begins to make its way down to Ouarzazate, you will be able to marvel at pre-Sahara regions that lie dry and motionless and the silent peaks of the great Atlas Mountains.
  2. Ait Ben Haddou
    2h
a striking example of southern Moroccan architecture. An extraordinary set of buildings offering a complete panorama of construction techniques in pre-Saharan land. The oldest buildings do not seem to be prior to the 17th century, although their structure and technique spread very early in the valleys of southern Morocco. The site was also one of the many trading posts on the trade route linking the former Sudan to Marrakech by the Dra Valley and the Tizi-n’Telouet pass
  3. Taourirt Kasbah
15m · Admission ticket not included
Set among a background of stunning mountain scenery and the Sahara Desert, the Kasbah Taourirt is one of the most beautiful Kasbahs in Morocco. In past, it was a strategic location controlled by the Glaoui for the Saharan Caravan Route to West Africa. While Taourirt acted as the main Glaoui residence, it did not house the main Glaoui chiefs. Instead, it housed the second tier of command, such as the dynasty’s sons, servants, cousins, builders and craftsmen.
  4. Dades Gorges
    15m
Dades valley is a small but utterly spectacular version of the Grand Canyon! Its sheer mountain walls and fantastic geological rock formations add to its uniqueness and splendour, especially when the sun is shining and the sky is clear blue.
The region is very known for its mountains weird shape called locally the Monkeys fingers.
Day 2: Dades Gorges > Tinghir > Todra gorges > Erfoud/Rissani > Merzouga Erg Chebbi
  1. Todra Gorge
    1h
Todra Gorge is located in the eastern part of the Atlas Mountains, where the Todra River and the Dades River have carved out a narrow canyon called Todra Gorge (sometimes spelled Todgha Gorge).
  2. Erg Chebbi
    1 day
large seas of dunes formed by wind-blown sand. This is where you'll spend your 3rd night surrounded by dunes and above your heads the sahara sky
Day 3: Merzouga > Ziz Valley > Zaida > Midelt > Azrou cedar forest > Fes
  1. Midelt
    1h
You'll have a quick stop her before continuing to Fez, this is in general where we have the lunch served.
  2. Azrou
    20m
Cedar forests, very known for an animal species such as the Barbary macaques that lives in this area, that you can feed if you have any chance by meeting them.
  3. Fez
    10m
The last point where we'll drop you off, end of service.
