Overview
The Kathmandu Sightseeing Tour is a culturally rich journey through the heart of Nepal’s capital, offering an ideal introduction to its history, religion, and living traditions. During the tour, you will visit four UNESCO World Heritage Sites, each reflecting a unique aspect of Kathmandu’s heritage.
Explore Kathmandu Durbar Square, the former royal palace complex, home to ancient temples, shrines, and traditional architecture. Visit Swayambhunath Stupa, also known as the Monkey Temple, perched atop a hill with panoramic views of the Kathmandu Valley. Continue to Pashupatinath Temple, Nepal’s most sacred Hindu shrine dedicated to Lord Shiva, located along the holy Bagmati River, where traditional Hindu rituals can be observed. The tour concludes at Boudhanath Stupa, the largest Buddhist stupa in the valley and a center of Tibetan Buddhist culture.
